At about 1.50am on Saturday, police received a report of a man stabbed at the rear of Edd’s Place in West End in Cayman Brac. Two people were transported by ambulance to Faith Hospital, according to a news release issued by the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. One of the victims was admitted to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries and was listed in stable condition. The other injured person was treated and has been released.
Authorities said three people have been arrested in connection with the incident for offences including grievous bodily harm, wounding, damage to property, disorderly conduct at a police station, disorderly conduct, obstructing police, resisting arrest and assaulting police.
