The five-a-side league at the King’s Sports Centre saw another busy week providing immensely exciting action.
In Division Two, CFP Buzz Crusaders smashed West Star 8-1 with Buzz goals coming from a Thomas Bush hat-trick, two from Dave McLaughlin and one apiece from Kris Pearson, Gary Whittaker and Kyle Santamaria. Nino Dilbert got West Star’s goal.
Buzz, who are Division Two champions, have only lost to Division One champs Banaca Boyz this season.
In a high scoring Division One game, Banaca Boyz beat Appleby 5-3. The Boyz can thank for their stikes, Mark Ebanks, Rene Carter and Richard Grant who each got two and Giovanni Ebanks and Adalid Dixon.
Appleby scores were Kenzel Dixon (2), Gemar Brown, Julian Nacise and Theron Wood.
Security Centre were awarded the points when Hurleys forfeited the match. BDO could not make the game so Transformers were awarded points.
KPMGI triumphed 3-2 over No XQ’s. Luke Murray, Grant Cellier and Ryan Elsen Hammer got KPMG’s goals and No XQ’s scorers were Jamie Hall and DJ Montalbano.
The other KPMG team, the Titans, were also 3-2 winners, over Deloitte. Miklos Ujhelyi hit two for the Titans and Craig Gibson got the other. John Marrs and David Acutt got the Deloitte goals.
CML were 4-0 winners over Ernst & Young. Lee Hart, Alan Johnson, Ian G and Richard Goulden were the scorers.
PWC beat Doghouse II 3-1. Simon Patterson, Dan fortune and Richard Crozier got the PWC goals and M. Schofield was the Doghouse scorer.
