Police were working to repair this situation involving the Marine Unit patrol craft ‘Tornado’ and its trailer Saturday afternoon.
Apparently, the trailer pulling the police boat broke around 2.45pm ending up as pictured on the Linford Pierson Highway at the intersection of Agnes Way.
No injuries were immediately reported.

Well, accidents can happen to anyone. Just happy no one was hurt.
Well I am glad no one was hurt BUT I cannot count on 2 hands the amount of times I have seen these police boats going down the road with straps hanging off the trailers, no lights hooked up, engines down, even life jackkets blowing out of the boat no to mention even seeing officers riding in the back of the boats. anyone who is a boater knows all the aforementions are pure negligence. How can u take a land lubber put him on the water and expect perfromance? Wonder how many police officers can even swim???
