North Side store robbery suspects in court

Three men appeared in Summary Court on Monday morning charged in connection with a Sept. 23 robbery at Chisholm’s Supermarket in North Side.

Odain Lloyd Ebanks, 19; Courtney Mason Bryan, 20; and Ian Fernando Ellington, 29, are charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to commit robbery.

Crown prosecutor Kenneth Ferguson told Magistrate Valdis Foldats that a fourth defendant appeared in Juvenile Court on Friday.

Bryan, whose attorney was in a trial in another court, had his charges transmitted to Grand Court, where he will appear on Oct. 11.

Ebanks and Ellington were scheduled to return to Summary Court at 2:30 p.m. on Monday for bail applications.
