The Cayman Islands court system was set to be busy with burglary cases Wednesday, including first appearances for four suspects in connection with recent incidents.
According to the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, two of the three men arrested last week following a burglary and police pursuit in Red Bay have been charged in connection with the incident and were due to appear in court.
The men, ages 19 and 20, have been charged with burglary.
A third man, 18, remains in police custody and was due to appear in court Wednesday in connection with another criminal matter.
In a separate case, a 28-year-old man was charged with attempted burglary, theft and carrying a restricted weapon at night in relation to a burglary early Friday at a home on Palm Road in George Town.
