The TSCL Youth Flag Football League pitched the champions Popeye Saints against Dart Dolphins in a rematch on Saturday.
The senior division week 4 match was at the Cayman International School field.
This game was action-packed for the full 40 minutes, with Dolphins wide receiver Jordan McLean proving why he is the defending MVP of the senior league.
McLean scored another touchdown as the Dolphins sealed the win 18-14 and took their record to 3-1 while keeping the Saints still searching for their first victory.
Thunder looked to upset the undefeated Packers, currently an unstoppable force coming off a dominating win the previous week.
The Packers struggled early to get their offense going. At halftime the score was 7-7, with Will Edwards scoring for Thunder and Kalie Broderick responding.
For most of the second half, neither team could find the end zone until with 36 seconds left in the game, Packers found RaShaun Wright for the touchdown to seal victory and remain the only undefeated team in the senior division. Thunder lost for the third time.
There are two weeks left in the regular season to become the top seed.
Action kicks off at the field at Camana Bay on Saturday with the senior division games at 11:30 a.m. followed by junior division games at 12:45 p.m. The middle division starts at 2 p.m.
