Police: George Town stabbing was domestic related

A woman stabbed in the neck early Saturday in George Town was in stable condition Tuesday, police said. 

The Royal Cayman Islands Police described the attack as appearing “to be related to a domestic matter.” 

The stabbing outside the Dolphin Centre on Eastern Avenue occurred around 4:20 a.m.

Police said the woman was able to speak with officers before she lost consciousness. No arrests were immediately reported.
