Andrew Bolton, Global Head of the Dispute Resolution practice, said, “I am delighted to have someone of David’s caliber and experience join our team. His experience in London, Hong Kong and Dubai will fit extremely well with the complex international matters that we handle, and help us to build on our already leading disputes practice.”

In London, he led Norton Rose Fulbright’s funds litigation practice, including advising the investment manager in respect of one of Cayman’s largest fund insolvencies.
