A westbound lane of the Linford Pierson Highway will be closed between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Sunday morning while the Cayman Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists’ annual International 10K Run/Walk is held.
The runners will travel south along Walkers Road, east along South Sound Road, north along Old Crewe Road, west along the Linford Pierson Highway, north on Bobby Thompson Way, west along Smith Road and then continue to the Seventh-day Adventist office on Walkers Road.
Police are advising motorists driving in these areas on Sunday morning are advised to exercise caution.
