Police are currently on the scene of an accident along the East-West Arterial Road, in which a dump truck has overturned.
A spokesperson for the RCIPS says the collision occurred shortly after 2:30 and has shut down lanes leading into George Town. Police are currently redirecting traffic.
Police said an oil spill has occurred and gravel has been applied to the roadway.
No injuries were reported. The accident is currently under investigation.
