Police recover stolen power tools

Police are inviting the public to view online what they believe are stolen electrical tools that were found during a search earlier this month.

“Members of the public are invited to view these items and attempt to identify them if you have been victims of theft-related crimes,” a Royal Cayman Islands Police Service press release stated.

The items can be viewed here.

If a member of the public identifies any of the items as theirs or would like to have a closer look at them, they can contact A/DS 198 Mendez at 916-1621 between  9am and 7pm.

Police said in order to claim any items, people will be required to present proof of ownership, which can include pictures, receipts or serial numbers, or any specific description which would identify the item. Anyone with information regarding these items and their rightful owners can contact Officer Mendez.
