Three members of the Health Services Authority board have been replaced following a recent Cabinet decision.
A Cabinet post-meeting summary, which was issued on 10 Nov., revealed that former deputy chair Jaron Leslie, and directors Nanalie Cover and Tresea Brown were terminated from the board “with immediate effect”.
Leslie, Cover, and Brown were reappointed to their positions on 13 Sept., and were the only remaining members of the previous board of directors.
In their stead is new deputy chair Joy Vernon, and Golda Tatum Carter, who have taken up their new posts with immediate effective, until 1 Aug., 2023.
Also appointed to the board were Trisha McElroy and Rosie Whittaker-Myles, both as directors, until 1 Aug., 2022.
No reason was provided for the replacements.
Also on the HSA board are Chairman Osbourne Bodden, and members Luana Look Loy and Tayvis Walters.
