Have you ever dreamed of being on the stage, performing works by the legendary composer Lin-Manuel Miranda?
Well, the Cayman Music School may be able to offer you that chance when you audition for ‘Moana Jr.’ at the school’s Camana Bay location on 4 June. This is an open audition for young thespians, and there are time slots available from 4-7pm.
Interested parties will be required to prepare a monologue, performed from memory, and a a portion of any Disney song to a backing track. If chosen to be in the cast, a $350 per-term fee for musical theatre tuition will apply, however, scholarships may be offered by the school up to 100%.
Rehearsals will begin in September, with a tentative opening date for the show in April 2023.
