The Grove on West Bay Road has revealed one of its first drinking and dining destinations, Door No. 4, the venture of long-time local bartender Simon Crompton.
The space’s deep colours and warm, textural features came to life with the help of IDG – one of the island’s longest-standing and most respected interior design firms, working with a range of local businesses. But the resulting interiors veered greatly from the initial vision.
“The idea actually changed quite a few times,” Simon explains. “In fact, the original concept was very different from what we ended up with.”
