The Lions Community Centre came alive with music, dancing and costumes on Sunday, 3 July when the 2022 Philippine Festival entertained crowds with its programme of performances.
Among special guests who attended were Philippine Consul General Iric Arribas from Washington DC, Minister Kenneth Bryan and Deputy Premier Christopher Saunders. The Miss Teen Cayman contestants were also presented to the audience.
Musical acts included Kontra Band, IIEE Band, with a choral performance in one of the intermissions and a dance troupe presentation in another.
Raffle tickets were sold to raise money for the Cayman Islands Cancer Society and Meals On Wheels, with the grand prize of a car up for grabs.
