Compass Media is proud to introduce the inaugural SteppingStones INSPIRE Conference being held on Thursday, 5 October.

The conference is presented by SteppingStones, main sponsor of the event, and one of the leading forces in the recruitment, training and development market in Cayman.

Hosts and facilitators at the event will be Ciara Aspinall, director of Pinpointing Potential, and Eric Jenkinson, CEO and founder of Ndeavour Consultants.

Inspirational strategies

Attendees will learn inspirational strategies on how to elevate leadership skills to new heights, as well as enjoying a unique networking opportunity.

Whether you’re a seasoned executive or aspiring to step into a leadership role, INSPIRE promises to ignite your potential.

The presentations and workshops will help you learn how navigate diverse, globally dispersed teams and build flexible, resilient, and people-centric organisations.

Topics will also look at how to foster thriving workplaces that bridge the gaps of disconnection, isolation and loneliness, and to embrace a future in which success and well-being go hand-in-hand.

In a rapidly changing world, where economies contract and technology re-shapes the playing field, it’s time to unlock the secrets of authentic leadership.

Held at The Vault, a comfortable, convenient and stylish event space at the Compass Centre, the conference will feature morning and afternoon sessions with a delicious lunch-and-learn in between. Afterwards, there will be a Happy Hour “Pinpointing Connections, Leadership Uncorked”.
