George Town teen Joshua Whittaker reported missing

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Joshua Whittaker, who was reported missing on Sunday.

The teen, police said on Wednesday, was last seen when he left his home in George Town around midday on Friday, 3 Nov., and has not returned since.

Whittaker was reported missing shortly before 5:30pm on Sunday.

Officers are encouraging the teen to return home or attend the nearest police station immediately.

Whittaker is described as being about 6 feet, 5 inches tall, of slim build and has light brown complexion.

The police are reminding the public that anyone who harbours or conceals a young person, is guilty of an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for three months.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222 or the M.A.S.H Unit at 649-6000.
