A dreadlocked male armed with a knife stole cash from a man sitting on the side of the road in North Side, according to police.
Just before 4pm on Monday, 8 Jan., officers responded to a report of a robbery on Water Cay Road, a press release said.
A man was sitting outside with some companions when he was approached by someone unknown to him.
The culprit brandished a knife, demanded money from the victim and made threats.
He then fled the scene with some cash in a vehicle, described as a white Honda saloon car, in the direction of Kaibo.
A vehicle fitting this description was later reported to have been seen travelling towards Frank Sound.
The suspect was tall, of dark complexion and of medium build, with dreadlocks. He was wearing a black or blue hoodie, the release said.
