A man charged with assaulting a woman and making threats against her has denied both charges against him.
Mark Bush, who appeared before Justice Cheryll Richards in the Grand Court on Friday, pleaded not guilty to one count of assault causing actual bodily harm and a count of threatening to cause serious harm.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on 10 Sept. at an address in Watercourse Road, West Bay, the court heard.
Bush opted for a jury trial, which will be heard on 28 Jan.
He was remanded in custody until that date.
