A good crowd turned out for the Diabetes Glow Walk, which was hosted by the Lions Club of Grand Cayman and the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens on Saturday, 23 Nov.
Money raised will be donated to the Cayman Islands Diabetes Association.
Participants set off from the Government Administration Building on Elgin Avenue at 6:30pm, and looped around Heroes Square, before returning to the Government Administration Building.
The Lions Club of Cayman Brac also held a similar walk at the same time as the Grand Cayman clubs on Saturday night as part of a region-wide effort from Lions Clubs in the Caribbean for Diabetes awareness month.
