Savvy travellers can bag themselves free nights and discounts on hotel stays as the hospitality industry tries to keep occupancy rates up during the quieter summer months.
While many hotels and condos offer year-round discounted rates for Cayman Islands residents, with the exception of the peak season around Christmas and New Year, there are special deals available to tourists and locals alike over the summer period.
While Cayman is never going to be a bargain destination, the prospect of free nights or substantial savings means that a summer vacation or staycation became just a little bit more affordable. Check with hotels directly for full terms and conditions, but here is a taste of what offers are currently running on island.

Cayman Villas
Many of the 60+ holiday villas in the Cayman Villas collection are offering a five-night stay for the price of four nights, with the promotion running until 31 August.
The Grand Caymanian Resort
The hotel is currently offering 30% off the regular room rate including breakfast.
Grand Cayman Marriott Resort
Until September, residents booking two nights or more will get a CI$82 credit on their room bill to spend at the resort.
Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach
Stay seven nights and the seventh night is free. Included daily breakfast.
Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman
The Holiday Inn’s “Stay Longer and Save” offer means guests can save 30 per cent off the room-only rate if booked three nights or more in advance.
Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman
Hotel Indigo is offering Cayman resident rates starting at CI$199 per night, plus resort fee and service charge. Resident guests staying two nights will receive a third night free.
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa
No summer-specific deals but the Kimpton offers regular residents’ rates for most of the year.
Locale Hotel Grand Cayman
Cayman residents can enjoy a staycation at The Locale Hotel from just CI$99 per night until 31 Oct. 2025. Deal includes breakfast and complimentary beach kits.
The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
Guests staying for at least four nights can get discounts on their stay thanks to the Ritz-Carlton’s “Stay Longer” promotion, from 10% off for four nights to 25% off if staying for seven nights or more.
The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa
The Westin is offering guests travelling with Cayman Airways their fifth night free as well as US$200 resort credit.
Vida Cayman Islands
This health and wellness retreat in Barkers, West Bay is offering up to 40 per cent off the room rate during August.
