The Americas Property Awards recognised two projects in Camana Bay for outstanding office interiors in a ceremony on 21 Nov. in Miami.

Multinational professional services firm Deloitte, California-based architecture firm Gensler and Dart were all named award winners for Best Office Interior in the Cayman Islands. This award also qualifies the Deloitte Cayman Islands project for further recognition at the International Property Awards in early 2026.

Additionally, Dart, the developer of Camana Bay, was honoured with an award for office interior in the Cayman Islands for Nexus Studios – a turnkey shared workspace designed for small firms. Featuring bespoke common areas, high-tech meeting rooms and efficient offices, Nexus Studios combines leading-edge design that inspires productivity and collaboration, all within Camana Bay’s vibrant, amenity-rich Town Centre.

Both of the projects are located in 60 Nexus Way, the first 10-storey commercial office building in the Cayman Islands.

“These awards reinforce Dart’s commitment to creating exceptional places where people and businesses can thrive,” said Gary Gibbs, Dart’s executive vice president for development. “We’re delighted that the partnership with Gensler and Deloitte’s enthusiasm to create a new home in Camana Bay for their Cayman operations has been recognised.”

As Camana Bay’s first Class-A executive shared workspace currently operating at 70% occupancy, Nexus Studios offers flexibility and the ability to scale for two to 10+ employees. Gibbs added that the aim was to develop a concept and design that feels authentic to Cayman’s culture and landscape while maintaining the high standards synonymous with the Camana Bay brand.

Kristy Rivers, Dart’s senior vice president of sales and leasing, said that the turnkey concept allows companies to seamlessly establish themselves in the Cayman Islands.

“Nexus Studios enables professionals to focus on their business with minimal hassle,” Rivers said. “For us, it was another way to set ourselves apart in our real estate offering.”
