Shame on you Cayman.
I spend quite an inordinate amount of time telling people what a great place Cayman is, in particular the people, their friendliness and welcoming spirit.
How on earth can I therefore begin to explain this nonsensical disparity between what a Caymanian pays for a driving licence and what a non-Caymanian pays?
A tenfold difference is both unacceptable and almost unforgiving. Please get rid of it forthwith and let us hope that all will soon forget this uncharacteristic Caymanian ploy.
