The recent Spikapalooza Beach Volleyball Tournament served up a scorching hot competition at the Public Beach on West Bay Road. In the four-person team category, Team Aussie proved themselves to be the top squad. Shottaz was second, followed by Benny and Vets.
In two-on-two action, Shervin Rankin and Olney Thompson won, showing why they are considered two of the hottest players in the game locally. Jon Pump and Bero Bobus took the second spot. Carl Brenton and Even Brown teamed up for a third-place finish.
Wanda Brenton and Jennifer Bily were the best women’s team. Nicole and Emily Maley finished second. Tammy Keldermann and Drew Dhanraj were third.
