Police arrested three men after finding ganja and a black full-face mask in a vehicle officers stopped on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a statement released by the RCIPS, firearms officers on patrol signalled the vehicle the men were travelling in to stop, but initially it did not. Police followed the car and it came to a stop shortly afterwards.
Two of the male occupants were detained by officers, while the third fled on foot.
He was chased by police who found him nearby.
When officers conducted a search of the men and the vehicle, they recovered a quantity of suspected ganja and the black mask.
The three suspects, all age 20, from Bodden Town, North Side and George Town, were arrested on suspicion of possession and consumption of ganja and remained in custody Wednesday afternoon as investigations continue.
