A man charged with three counts of rape and two counts of indecent assault involving the same victim denied the charges when he appeared in Grand Court on Friday.
Noel Baker pleaded not guilty to the charges of rape and indecent assault, which allegedly occurred between March and September last year, at an address in George Town.
Justice Cheryll Richards, in granting a continuation of Baker’s bail, ordered him to surrender his passport, not to contact the complainant, and not to have any contact with any child under the age of 16.
A trial date of 18 June 2024 has been set.
