Police have appealed for the public’s help in locating wanted man Rolan Murphy Welcome.
The 33-year-old of East End is wanted in relation to multiple offences including burglary in the East End area, police said.
Welcome is described as brown complexion, with short dark hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo on his left hand and scars on his neck.
Police have also encouraged Welcome to turn himself in to the Cayman Islands Detention Centre, or the nearest active police station, at any time, day or night.
The RCIPS is also reminding the public that according to the Police Act (2021 Revision) it is “an offense to obstruct, mislead or act in such a way as to prevent the apprehension of a person who has committed an offense”.
If prosecuted under this section, police said, a convicted individual may be liable to a fine of $5000 or imprisonment for two years or both.
