
The Cayman Motoring Federation (CMF) the official national sporting authority affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), is proud to welcome its newly elected Board of Directors for the 2025–2028 term.
The new board brings together an accomplished team of professionals committed to advancing motorsport, road safety, youth engagement, and international representation in the Cayman Islands.
The 2025–2028 board members are:
- Jane Scaletta – President: A seasoned leader in strategic development and motorsport advocacy, Jane continues to steer CMF with passion and vision.
- Rhondel Ramdath – Vice President: With a strong background in automotive culture and events, Rhondel brings energy and grassroots experience to the leadership team.
- Marcia Osorio – Treasurer: A respected professional, Marcia oversees CMF’s fiscal health and sponsorship strategies.
- Richard Douglas – Secretary: Richard manages CMF’s governance, ensuring alignment with FIA regulations and internal accountability.
- Dail Davis – Director: With expertise in digital infrastructure and engagement, Dail is key to the development of CMF’s esports and technology initiatives.
- Jason Butcher – Director: A business innovator with a strong investment network, Jason supports CMF’s sponsorship and funding goals.
- Reynaldo Powery – Director: Reynaldo contributes community insight and a deep passion for Caymanian youth development through motorsport.
The new board held its first strategic planning meeting on 1 August 2025, where they reviewed ongoing projects, finalized committee leadership, and committed to delivering on CMF’s Five Strategic Pillars:
- Federation Strength and Governance
- Motorsport Development
- Road Safety
- Youth and Inclusion
- Regional and International Engagement
CMF’s 2025–2028 agenda includes expanding the FIA Smart Driving Challenge, growing the National Autocross Series, supporting regional drag racing, esports development, launching new STEM Racing Supported by F1 programs in schools, and representing Cayman on the international motorsport stage.
“As a team, we are more than just a governing body – we are the engine behind a growing movement to elevate motorsport and road safety in the Cayman Islands,” said President Jane Scaletta. “Together, we’re building a safer, more inclusive, and internationally connected future for all road users and motorsport enthusiasts.”
