Armed Robbery
On Friday, 27 May, at 7.18am, police were called to an address in West Bay after they received a report of an armed robbery.
A male suspect armed with a firearm broke into an address when he taped up the mouth of the female victim and assaulted her by pistol-whipping her and kicking her in the face.
The male suspect made off with a large quantity of cash.
The female was transported to George Town hospital with head injuries. CID is investigating.
