The semi-final round will be played over two legs, with the teams scoring the most goals over their two games, going through to the final on Ash Wednesday.
Each first leg match will be the standard 90 minute duration, no matter what the score is at the end of that game.
The second leg games will be held two weeks later on February 18th and 19th. At the end of that second leg’s 90 minutes, the team scoring the most goals over the two legs will be the winner, and will advance to the final. However, if – after the 90 minutes of the 2nd leg – the 2 teams are still tied for total goals scored, then the teams will play another 30 minutes of extra time, 15 minutes each way, to determine a winner. If this still fails to produce a result, the match will go into penalties.
Fans can look forward to two well contested and exciting matches as all four teams have their sights set on the finals.
