The 911 Emergency Communications Centre received a call on 22 November at approximately 10.25pm of a structure fire on Bowie Close, George Town.
Police and Fire Services attended the location to find a private residence was aflame.
All occupants had vacated the building prior to their arrival and there were no reported injuries.
The fire was extinguished; however the residence received extensive damage.
Police said there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
