KPMG’s Niakonnie C. Rice passed the International Association of Administrative Professional’s Certified Professional Secretary and Certified Administrative Professional exams recently.
Her exam success has had quick results in gaining her a promotion to Executive Assistant, according to a KPMG release.
The CPS examination, a three-part, day-long exam covered Office Systems and Technology, Office Administration and Management. The CAP was an additional half-day paper covering Advanced Organizational Management.
Miss Rice wrote the exams in Grand Cayman at Innovative Management and Professional Training, an IAAP authorised examination centre.
KPMG sponsored the programme study materials and examination fees. HR Partner Kevin Lloyd says of the achievement ‘we congratulate Nikki on attaining the CPS and CAP designations and we are extremely proud of her desire to continuously improve her skills.’
