The 10th annual Little Cayman Sister Islands Cook-Off kicked-off last Saturday night, with a range of tempting and creative dishes.
Hosted at the Little Cayman Beach Resort, some 200 people came out in support of the event, despite the rain.
Judges for the Cook-Off were Remeedios Azavado of the Lighthouse Restaurant and Stephen Wagner and Gerardo Agsostinelli from Pappagallos Restaurant, all well known Grand Cayman food aficionados and members of the Cayman Culinary Society.
First and second place winners in each category received a cash prize and a Nambe – Cayman National Trophy. A Grand Champion Cayman National Trophy was awarded to the dish with the highest overall point total.
