I am complaining about the devastation the National Roads Authority may cause by knocking all the trees down and paving a road through the Mastic Trail and the Salina Reserve. I went on a field trip and saw all the natural beauty it provides. Therefore I strongly disagree with plans of building the road. Just think of all the destruction and damage that the road will cause!
I understand the need for the road as it will prevent traffic and future accidents, but the road will also cause endangered species to die out.
The road will kill the wildlife and destroy the birds and their habitat because one little change can make a big difference in their delicate food chain.
Please reconsider the ides of the road.
Thank you for your attention.
