A tourist who passed away following a snorkelling trip in Grand Cayman has been identified as 75-year-old Robert Stueben from Pennsylvania.
Police were alerted to the incident at around 1.10pm on 23 February by a staff member of London House. It was reported that two guests were in the sea and appeared in be in difficulty.
Police and medics responded to the scene and found that Mr Stueben had been brought to shore unconscious. He was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Mr. Stueben had been visiting Grand Cayman with relatives.
