Conyers Dill & Pearman recently announced the promotion of four staff members: Joan Bolton, Tracy Jefferson, Wilma Wood and Judith Awe have all received promotions to the position of senior corporate administrator.

Joan Bolton recently completed her Trust Diploma, International Compliance Dip and LLB (Hons) and now oversees general corporate administration and is back-up on trust matters and general incorporations.
Wilma Wood is responsible for all Asian based incorporations.
Judith Awe is the primary contact for all trust transactions in addition to her general corporate portfolio.
Tracy Jefferson is the primary contact for all Dubai entities as well as one of the major clients of the firm.
