Individuals and organisations in the Cayman Islands joined together to support the Breast Cancer Awareness and Early Detection campaign by dressing in pink or dressing down recently
The Pink Friday participants included RBS Coutts (Cayman) Limited, Higgs Johnson Truman Bodden & Co, Close Brothers, Walkers, University College of the Cayman Islands and many others. Some stores like Off the Peg also got into ‘the pink of things’ with their displays firmly supporting the Awareness Campaign. For the many participants, the day was one of fun and a means of raising funds for this very worthy cause.
Lion Ann Hunte, Chairperson of the Breast Cancer and General Health Committee, expressed her gratitude to all persons who participated in this event. She said the all funds raised will be used for the Breast Cancer Programme.
