Royal Cayman Islands Police have charged two teenage boys in connection with an incident where another teenage boy had rocks hurled at him last week.
The reported stoning occurred mid-morning 23 November on the George Hicks school campus.
The 13-year-old victim suffered head injuries and had to be airlifted to a Jamaican hospital. He was expected to survive.
The 13-year-old and 14-year-old boys who were charged in relation to the alleged assault will appear in juvenile court.
