Kids get new computers

Triple C School is once again benefitting from the generosity of Alphasoft, which has made a three-year pledge to upgrade the school’s computer equipment.

Demonstrating its community spirit, last year the company donated eleven computers, a printer and computer tables to the Triple C IT department.

This year the school received another 15 new HP computers and flat panel monitors, which allowed the school to upgrade its high school lab and set up a second computer lab. The School’s student-computer ratio is now just over two students per computer thanks to Alphasoft and other corporate donors.

‘The students are very excited about the new computers, the teachers are pleased with the additional lab, and all of us are very grateful for this commitment that Alphasoft has made to partner with Triple C School,’ said information technology teacher Rob Crysler.
