Scholars set to seal title but Sunset’s future looks dim

Top of the table Scholars
International faces lowly Sunset as the Cayman Islands Football Association
Premier League competition reaches the penultimate stage of the season.

They will do battle at the Ed Bush
Stadium in West Bay on Sunday at 7pm. Sunset will have to win to break free
from the relegation zone while Scholars is in a no nonsense mood to take the
Premier League title.

Rivals Elite will meet Future at 5pm
in a mid-table game at the same venue.

Meanwhile, at the TE McField Annex,
George Town face Bodden Town at 7pm hoping to inch closer to copping the title.
GT have 33 points just four behind Scholars International who only need a win
or a draw to be champions.

At 5pm Tigers will face Roma at
this same venue.

Bodden Town has 31 points, Tigers 29,
Elite 24, Future 21 and  Sunset and Roma
are on 17 each.
