Immigration Visa office in Jamaica closed

 The Department of Immigration
advises the public that its visa office in Kingston, Jamaica, will be closed
for business from Thursday, 27 May through Monday, 31 May.

This closure is due to the civil
unrest which is currently affecting that island.

It is intended that the visa office
will reopen for business on Tuesday, 1 June. The public will be further advised
if the closure will be extended.

The department apologises for any
inconvenience this may cause.
