New home for BBBS

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the
Cayman Islands have a new office thanks to Diamonds International.

The non-profit youth organisation
was seeking a base since they were facing financial constraints due to
diminished donations.  Diamonds International
came to the rescue and offered free office space to Big Brothers Big Sisters as
a part of its commitment to the community that they call home.

“Diamonds International is proud to
be a part of the Cayman business community and we realize that giving back to
the society in which we operate was our obligation as good corporate citizens,”
said Diamonds International General Manager On Azriel.

“Big Brothers Big Sisters is a
wonderful organisation that brings hope to many young people through its mentoring
programme and we are happy to give them the support that they need to continue
their excellent work.”

Located on 8 North Church Street,
George Town, facing the Royal Watler Terminal, the new Diamonds International
building was recently completed and the store launched with a grand opening.

“We are very grateful for this
generous donation which will significantly ensure the continued growth of our
programme,” said Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Executive Director Marilyn Conolly.

“We are pleased that Diamonds
International has chosen to invest in us as it will make a big difference in
the lives our children.”
