Kennedy’s camp

Summer is synonymous with sports
camps and by extension the resurgence of the FC International offerings.

The football club rolls out their
annual selection of activities next week with a camp in George Town. The T.E.
McField Annex stadium will be the site of numerous kids kicking about 9-13

The festivities take place every
day 9am-1pm and is aimed at the six to 16 age group. The totally free camp
offers a free lunch, T-shirt and football for each participant. As usual with
FC International, the George Town gathering will incorporate speakers from
numerous sections of society including the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service
and 911 Emergency Services. Among the returning speakers is Speaker of the
House Mary Lawrence, who was present at last year’s camp in George Town.

Bodden Town Football Club coach
Elbert McLean serves camp director for George Town and the other camps this
summer. After George Town FC International takes the lovely game to North Side,

FC International President Kennedy

beautiful game and I thank all of our loyal supporters and sponsors for
allowing us to spread that beauty all over the Cayman Islands.”
