Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Holds Charity Golf Tournament to benefit community projects.

On Friday 28 January the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman will be holding a charity golf tournament at The North Sound Golf Club in Safehaven with a shotgun start at 1pm.

The proceeds from the event will benefit the club’s current and ongoing community projects including the donation of fetal monitors to the George Town hospital, the Art Outreach programme with the Francis Bodden Girls Home and support of the Bonaventure Boys Home to name a few. The club also continues to support the Meals on Wheels programme as well as other worthy projects.

The tournament will be four member team best ball event. Each team is required to pay a fee of

$600 to participate. In addition to golf, there will be food and prizes. Competitions include hole-in-one, closest to pin and longest drive.

The prizes include US$100,000 cash for the hole-in-one contest and various prizes from local businesses.
