I had stopped writing for a little while to sit back and see if there would be any more brave hearts in Cayman who would step up to the plate and say what is true about what is going on here in Cayman with this present leadership.
It was so nice to be able to read other people’s letters that are out there; people who are no longer asleep, telling the truth about this bunch of no future plan wasters that run this country.
It was so nice to hear it on the talk shows that the people want to sign this no plan government; oh I must correct myself, no good future plan for Cayman./ If we keep them in place much longer, we will have a complete wreck of Cayman. I took time out from writing to look around the Island of Grand Cayman checking up on the roads and other things and I must tell you in even my area Midland Acres. The roads are very, very bad. After learning that the leader of this country OKs it for his second to pave anyone’s place that needs it done, well Midland Acres in bodden Town needs some paved roads and many others here on Grand Cayman. Please let the second in command pave my yard and road. What a mess we are in . Hard times, as they say, and we know but still they want to waste money instead of this present government that seems to be in some kind destruction mode to Cayman’s future.
Call a national meeting and make the people decide if you are still fit to lead this country. And by the way, it is time for the Cayman Government to pay me for the trouble they caused to my life. I have waited long enough. Innocent means I did nothing wrong. The Englishman judge was paid just for search and did not go to prison, but was paid off quickly. What about what you all did to me. You placed me innocently in prison and after all these years you have not paid me. Please look about my payment.
Now I would like to touch up on the area of crime within our system from LA to all other areas. We seem to be on the track of the days of the Dillinger era when you have members of the LA in front of Grand Court and bank robberies and even the tunnelling in from underground. Crime has shifted gear to a more upbeat style of crime. Cayman, our leadership and police are not ready for what you are creating each day.
And as you know, once more many will come out of school to face unemployment hardships. What will you give them in place of further education? Remember, the streets never say no to them and I’ve stated time and time again, if we do not get them in trade schools from now to help their future control their time and give them a reason to stay good, we will have crime like you have never seen before. Our leaders are too blind and causing this crime wave here in Cayman. They have no plans for the betterment of our future.
We need to look at what happened to ex police that were removed from service and the rolls they play, replaced in some other government position or security guards or turned in position that they become taxi drivers or tour guides or even tour operators and a diplomat of this country. Most of these people are harm to our country once they are kicked out of the police services because they did something criminal. If you are not from Cayman you should be deported. Look at what we do to the ganja boat man. We take away his boat engines and all the drugs and gas. Then we put him before the judge then we send him to Northward Prison. After he serves his time we take him from prison and to the airport to deport him back to Jamaica. What is the difference if a man from Jamaica comes to Cayman, turned police, got caught doing something that the commissioner had to fire him. Shouldn’t this ex policeman be sent back to Jamaica just like the ganja boat man? Crime is crime. There is no good crime; only bad crime, so the whole place is slipping where we must put good people in place that have the necessary plans and the know-how to get it done right for the betterment of all on Grand Cayman and the Sister Islands.
Let us all face it, a country that does not have the people behind the leaders doing what the people want can only do one thing and that is prosper. But as we see it right now, you can hear it up and down the Marl Road these leaders got us in a mess.
Let us all in this slow season do another search for Anna. Let us as Caymanians demand a national search for Anna and ask the Government to assist the people on Grand Cayman to do a real search for Anna. Let her not be written off so quickly. She has young, young children. Let us get our act together. God knows it might be you next. And do not forget we might have on our hands a killer. After all, as they say, one the Marl Road, who would kill poor little Anna. Cayman, we are at the crossroads once more. If we do not try and save a little bit of our culture, we will be remembered as the MIA, a people that once lived on Earth called Caymanians. If you do not want this to happen to us, we must change direction and get rid of this present time as I stated.
We can get rid of them easy. After all we put them there as our servants. Bear in mind unity is power; unity is strength, but without wisdom you will fall down. Advisors and consultants are only there for the money. A country without wise leaders will fail.
