Asher Harris, who conducts a boutique law practice limited to the practice of tax law, will present two seminars on compliance with US tax reporting requirements.
A seminar on the 28 June will be directed at the reporting requirements that apply to individuals, including tax return filings and Foreign Bank Account Reports, as well as recent developments in the IRS 2011 Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Initiative. Since seating is limited, Mr. Harris will present this seminar a second time on 28 June if there is sufficient interest.
A seminar on 29 June will be directed at the steps institutions should take in order to comply with the requirements of the FATCA legislation.
