A home on Party Lane off Marina Drive sustained serious damage in a Sunday evening fire.
The family inside the home managed to escape harm, but lost most of their property in the blaze and have to stay with friends while finding a new home.
Fire crews were still investigating the cause of the fire during the middle of the week.
