Cricket Square developers have released new details on Willow House, the fifth phase of the Elgin Avenue business park.
Construction on the five-story, 58,600-square-foot Class A office building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2012.
Willow House will include the Wicket Sports Bar, which is slated to open alongside Willow House, according to a news release.
In September, Orchid Development Managing Director Clarence “King” Flowers said Campbells law firm will be the building’s anchor tenant, occupying the fourth floor, which has more than 13,300 square feet of rentable space.
The four existing commercial structures on 6.5 acres of Cricket Square include The Pavilion, Century Yard, Boundary Hall and The Brasserie.
“This is a community,” said Mr. Flowers, who is also Cricket Square Managing Director. “Despite current economic challenges, there’s an increased demand for the modern business setting. Today’s employers don’t want to just rent an office. They want an experience. And they need to succeed.”
He said, “We make it easier for them to succeed. People come here to work hard and they shouldn’t have to worry about little things like parking or where to get a good lunch. They should have access to modern technology and top-notch facilities at a competitive rate.
Most importantly, they should feel safe and productive.”
Orchid Development is a division of the Flowers Group of companies, and the parent company of Cricket Square.
