Cardinall Avenue in downtown George Town will be closed to traffic between 4pm and midnight Saturday evening, 14 January, police said.
The road will be closed while a private function to thank sponsors and supporters of Pirates Week is held at Breezes by the Bay.
The annual Pirates Week festival was held over 11 days in November.
