CPA approves million-dollar subdivision, apartments

The Central Planning Authority approved a number of projects during its meetings held 23 November, 7 December and 14 December, subject to requirements stipulated by the authority.

Here are some of the most significant proposals the authority approved:

Rene Hislop Two-storey building with 10 apartment units Cost: $1.2 million Building Area: 9,374 square feet Parcel Area: 0.52 acres Location: Off Lakespur way off Crewe Road, George Town

National Housing Development Trust Five affordable houses Cost: $470,000 Building Area: 3,760 square feet Parcel Area: 0.42 acres Location: East End
